Privacy Policy
Notafra operates ParkConnect on the web and the Family Park iOS app (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect and why.
Last updated: September 4, 2026 · Effective: August 1, 2026
1. Who this covers
This Privacy Policy applies to ParkConnect at https://parks.notafra.id and the Family Park iOS application (bundle ID id.notafra.fampark). By using the Service you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you sign in and use the Service, we may process:
- Account data — nickname or display name, email (if you provide one via email/password, Google, or Apple), user ID, optional profile photo, optional child age-group preferences (for example 0–3, 4–7, 8–12), favorites, and profile bio.
- Location — precise location while you use the app or site, to show nearby parks, confirm check-ins near a playground, and power map features. We do not continuously track your location in the background for advertising.
- Photos and media — images you capture or upload when sharing a park visit, facilities, or community content. You may also share YouTube links (processed by YouTube under its own terms).
- User content — facility checklist answers, check-ins and crowd notes, community posts and comments, map pins (including safety warnings), meetup/appointment details and RSVPs, campaign visit records, and similar activity.
- Technical data — data needed to run authentication, cloud sync, and security via Firebase (for example device/session identifiers used by the auth SDK), and usage analytics via Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics (page and screen views, app opens, and similar aggregated events).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking.
3. How we use information
- Sign you in and maintain your parent profile
- Show nearby parks, maps, and live “who’s here” presence
- Store and display facility updates, photos, and community posts you submit
- Enable meetups, campaigns (such as 52 Parks / Summer 60), and related features
- Moderate content, secure the Service, and improve reliability
- Understand how the Service is used so we can improve it
- Respond to support and privacy requests
4. Sign-in providers
You may sign in with Apple, Google, email/password, or a quick anonymous nickname (where offered). Those providers process authentication data under their own policies. With Sign in with Apple you can choose to hide your email.
5. Sharing and processors
We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Storage, Analytics) and Google Analytics to operate the backend and measure usage. Content you post (photos, facility answers, check-ins, meetups) may be visible to other parents using the Service.
Map and place data may involve:
- OpenStreetMap / Overpass contributors (map and playground data)
- Apple MapKit on iOS
- Google Maps Platform on the web (where enabled)
- YouTube for embedded or linked video reviews
We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or integrity of users and the Service.
6. Retention and deletion
On iOS, you can delete your account under Profile → Delete account. That removes your Firebase Auth account and your user profile document. Community posts, photos, facility records, or meetup content you already shared may remain anonymized or attributed historically unless you request further deletion via dimasmukhlas@gmail.com.
On the web, contact support to request account and data deletion if an in-product control is not available for your session.
7. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for parents and caregivers. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit personal information about children beyond optional age-group preferences you choose to store on your parent profile. Do not upload photos that identify children without appropriate parental consent and care.
8. Your choices
- Deny location, camera, or photo library permission in device/browser settings (some features will be limited)
- Sign out or delete your account where the product provides that control
- Contact us about access or deletion of your data at dimasmukhlas@gmail.com
9. International users
The Service may be hosted and processed on infrastructure located outside your country (including via Firebase). By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred to those locations with appropriate safeguards provided by our processors.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted on the Support page.
